"Kristen Prichard is a 10 start agent but these other agents just dropped the ball REPEATEDLY in this office, implementing our VOLUNTARY defensive driving discount then said only $90 refund and sent $50+ instead after I spent how much of.my time calling THEM to follow up....that is before finally being put with Kristen!!!
