My windshield claim through State Farm was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with any company: hours on hold with State Farm's main phone line, a maze of transfers, and zero progress until I reached out to Peyton Pettus's office directly. That's when Whitney, the Claim Concierge, stepped in and she is the entire reason my claim ever got resolved. She held for hours at a time, on multiple separate occasions, on both her work hours and her own personal time, just to get State Farm to act on something this basic. When the claim was finally processed and still fell short, she kept fighting! Escalating to a territory leader and reaching out to the adjuster's manager directly, again on her own time, to force real movement. After 13+ years as a client, I can honestly say Whitney is the only reason I haven't already left State Farm. She deserves serious recognition! She is doing the job of an entire broken claims system single-handedly for the people this agency serves."
