"This is probably the most disfunction office. I had canceled my insurance with usaa to go with yall because cheaper but really I wished I stayed with usaa been 3 weeks my policy's are still pending they put in the wrong effective date i was told 2 weeks ago they would have it updated and every time I try get in contact with someone they don't reply or they are out of office I will be changing offices very soon once everything is done if it ever gets done."

"If I could give this office a 0, I would. I'll just keep it short and sweet. This office is racist and apart of the good ole boy southern family. I was lied to over and over repeatedly. Told to wait 2 weeks to resolve the issue only to call back 2 weeks later and get no response. Numerous messages went unanswered. Finally I just said cancel and I'll find somewhere else to go. I was a state farm customer for over 10 years but after today I'll never go back. The disrespect will never happen again."
