"If I could give this office a 0, I would. I'll just keep it short and sweet. This office is racist and apart of the good ole boy southern family. I was lied to over and over repeatedly. Told to wait 2 weeks to resolve the issue only to call back 2 weeks later and get no response. Numerous messages went unanswered. Finally I just said cancel and I'll find somewhere else to go. I was a state farm customer for over 10 years but after today I'll never go back. The disrespect will never happen again."

"I had an auto insurance policy with State Farm through Peyton Pettus, Agent License #FL-W624315, with coverage from July 1, 2024, to January 19, 2025. I requested to cancel my policy on July 23, 2024, effective July 24, 2024. I was assured that I would receive a refund check within 2-3 weeks. Three weeks later, on August 16, I reached out to Alex for an update. He directed me to call the claims department at 1-855-341-8184. After multiple attempts over several days, including long waits and repeated instructions to contact different departments, I still did not receive the promised call back or any resolution. Eventually, I was told by the Peyton Pettus State Farm office that the check would be re-sent and that I could expect it in another 4 weeks. Despite this assurance, as of today, over 2 months have passed with no refund received. I have contacted the agent again, but the issue remains unresolved. This entire process has been extremely frustrating and poorly managed. I hope State Farm improves their customer service and refund process to avoid such distressing experiences for future customers."
